In 1968 Hawkeye Eagle Grain Trailers opened its doors and was in businees for 37 years. In 2005 Hawkeye Eagle Grain Trailer became Dakota Trailer Manufacturing, Inc. They are growing faster than they imagined. Dakota is currently selling to dealers in Canada, Mexico, and Ukraine. Soon they are looking to expand into the Arab Emirates.
Six years ago Dakota Trailer Manufacturing was producing 108 trailers per year and employed only 8 people. Now they are building over 500 trailers per year and employ 115 people. Dakota Trailer Manufacturing, Inc. plans to keep on growing instate and abroad.
Dakota Trailer Manufacturing, INC. has a subsidary company names Atoked Bodies which was formed in 2009 and specializes in building mechanic service bodies, gravel belly dumps, and gravel bodies.
