Prairie Trailer offers a rental fleet of primarily walking floor trailers. Rent a walking floor trailer for a month or a year. We can work with you to customize a rental program to fit your needs. Occasionally, we do have other types of trailers available also.

In order to lease from Prairie Trailer you must have an account with us with a credit limit in place. If you do not have an account with us, you will need to set one up. All you need to do is complete our credit application in its entirety and send it to us. We can fax you the application or just click here for the form. We ask that you return it by fax or mail. Insurance - Every rental trailer must have insurance coverage in the form of a valid insurance certificate from your insurance company. The certificate must have the following:

• Commercial auto liability or trucker’s liability with coverage for any auto, including semi trailer and or leased autos with a combined single limit of $1 million per accident or occurrence.

Prairie Trailer must be listed as additional insured. Commercial auto physical damage or trucker’s physical damage insurance must provide collision and comprehensive coverage for hired vehicles, including semi trailers or an actual cash value. (Cash value will be stated in the lease) Prairie Trailer must be listed as loss payee.

Delivery - You may pick up the trailer in our yard or we can arrange transportation to your location for the cost of delivery.

Maintenance - Depending on the length of the lease and the distance we offer two types of leases.

• Full Service Lease: Prairie Trailer will, for an additional charge, maintain the trailer. You, the leasee, are responsible for repairing flat tires, keeping proper air pressure in the tires and proper oil levels in the hubs. Prairie Trailer is not responsible for transportation costs to and from our yard for maintenance or repairs.
• Regular Lease: You, the leasee, are responsible for all repairs to the trailer.
